Elkhorn Union has purchased the former DMS Architects building at 300 College Ave. The Fort Worth based real estate developer will call this home as they pursue a hotel development in the Near Southside and other projects. The building will be rebranded “The Neuttra” after famed architect Richard Neutra of which the building design pays tribute. Neuttra is considered one of the founders of the modernist style of design. Elkhorn Union President Chuck Bouligny has announced lease agreements have been made with Fort Worth based companies Visibull and LB Productions.
