Enchiladas Olé is relocating to Forest Park Shopping Center, located at 2402 Forest Park Blvd. in Fort Worth, JLL announced t Nov. 13. The commercial real estate firm successfully negotiated a new 3,600-square-foot retail lease for the restaurant.

JLL’s Austin Speni represented Enchiladas Olé in the lease negotiation. Weitzman’s Gretchen Miller represented the landlord, Consilium Properties.

“Enchiladas Olé has become a Fort Worth institution,” said Speni. “We recognize the level of importance this restaurant has had on our community and we’re proud to help them transition to a new location that will allow them the necessary room to grow and that will position for future success.”

Mary Perez is the owner and chef behind Enchiladas Olé. Perez started selling fresh enchilada sauces which won several awards.

Enchiladas Olé’s original location, located at 901 North Sylvania Avenue, will remain open until Thanksgiving. They expect to open their new Forest Park Shopping Center location in January.
