Ernst & Young LLP will lease the sixth floor of The Westbrook building located on the west end of Sundance Square Plaza. Ernst & Young space will encompass more than 8,600 square feet of usable office space and the location will also have access to the balconies, with more than 1,900 square feet, overlooking the plaza. “The Westbrook has received a lot of attention and as a result, is over sixty percent leased,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. Robert Gamblin, senior leasing representative, and Bill Booker, Director of Leasing with Sundance Square negotiated the deal with Glenn Dyke, Phil Puckett, and Blake Lloyd of CBRE. “EY is happy to start the new year off with the exciting news that we will be relocating atop The Westbrook building in Sundance Square, Fort Worth’s premier, downtown retail and entertainment development,” said Craig Stone, Fort Worth Office Managing Partner. “ Ernst & Young’s current Fort Worth offices are at 201 Main St, suite 1100, The Westbrook is named after the historic seven-story Westbrook Hotel built in the early 1900s, which closed in 1969 and was demolished in 1978. It stands six stories tall and encompasses more than 81,000 square feet including 12,393 square feet of retail space. The ground floor of the building includes an office lobby on Houston Street and retail space fronting Houston, 3rd and 4th Streets, as well as the plaza space to the east. Starbuck’s relocated to The Westbrook in November and Taco Diner will open this spring.
