North Rock Real Estate LLC, continues to bolster the lineup of restaurant and retails offerings at Glade Parks, the 194-acre mixed-use development on State Highway 121 in Euless.
Numerous restaurants have joined Glade Parks’ impressive collection of dining options. Dallas-based, family-run Dickey’s Barbecue Pit opened recently serving up on-site and Imperial Hibachi, an upscale Asian Fusion restaurant offering hibachi, sushi and Asian Fusion entrées, is now open.
MidiCi, the Neapolitan Pizza Company, featuring handmade, wood-fired pizzas, and an 18-foot olive tree (inside the restaurant), is opening later this month, while Portland, Oregon-based Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill, which was recently named one of the top 50 emerging restaurant brands, is opening in late fall. 54th Street Grill, featuring a menu of steaks, slow-cooked baby back ribs, and incredible variety of salads and sandwiches, is opening in 2019. Additionally, long-time Colleyville favorite, JR’s Steak & Grill, has signed a property lease.
Glade Parks has also boosted its retail offerings as Runway Seven, a Lewisville-based boutique brand offering wide range of appealing and every-day-priced fashion-forward accessories and apparel, is now open.
Amazing Lash Studio opened in August adjacent to Belk. Maxiam Nail Bar and American Nail Bar, two distinctive concepts serving a cocktail or beverage with services, have opened at Glade Parks. Blue Lion Salon Suites will open in fall of 2018, providing additional beauty and wellness service options for the community.
National off-price retailer, Burlington is opening in September. Adjacent to Burlington, Total Wine & More, will open its 25,000-square-foot store in early October. Popular Japanese bargain store featuring under $10 items Daiso will open next to Total Wine & More in late 2018.
Adding to the entertainment offering at Glade Parks, Fort Worth founded canvas and pottery painting studio Cloth and Glaze is scheduled to open this winter.
Aloft Hotel, Starwood and Marriott’s tech-forward, vibrant hotel is scheduled to open this fall and will function as one of the main icons of Glade Parks’ Town Plaza. The Plaza will feature a landscaped outdoor central venue that will serve as a destination for relaxation, local entertainment and family-friendly programming, beginning this month.
