Event planning and production company F.O.H. Events has relocated from its longtime headquarters in east Fort Worth to a newly renovated industrial building on Forum Way south of Interstate 20. F.O.H. leased the property through Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

“My client was initially looking to buy, but that didn’t pan out,” said Shane Benner, first vice president in Bradford Commercial’s Fort Worth office. “Finding a single-tenant building to lease in the right size range in Fort Worth was fortunate.”

The relocation ended a nine-month search for expansion space and more than triples the size of the F.O.H. production hub, Bradford Commercial said in a news release. The site includes 1,000 square feet of newly finished office space along with 22,465 square feet of warehouse space and covered outdoor storage.

The landlord completely renovated the structure last year to facilitate a quick lease-up, the release said. The renovation included new storefronts, LED lighting, underground electrical and HVAC system. Interstates 35W and 20 and Loop 8 are all close by, offering strategic connections to F.O.H. Events for bookings regionwide.

“F.O.H. Events originated in Fort Worth and wanted to remain in the city,” said Benson Williams of LanCarte Commercial, who represented the landlord, Dundee Investments LLC.

F.O.H. is a live event production company specializing in comprehensive management solutions encompassing venue sourcing, AV design and implementation, staging and more. The company offers customizable services suitable for events of any scale from intimate galas to stadium-sized gatherings.
