Four local culinary vendors will join the FOODHALL at Crockett Row when it opens later this year, according to a news release.

Chef Grady Spears and the teams behind Tokyo Café, Press Waffle Co. and Not Just Q join previously announced vendors Knife Burger and The Dapper Doughnut for the soon-to-come food hall.

Spears will debut a new concept called Graze, which will have a focus on comfort food, including sweet and savory chicken & biscuits.

Tokyo Café owners Jarry & Mary Ho and chef Kevin Martinez will open a fresh sushi concept at the food hall, offering some of the most popular rolls from the restaurant, as well as a selection of new, exclusive menu items. The concept will counter-service in addition to grab-and-go options.

Press Waffle Co. owners Bryan and Caleb Lewis are bringing housemade, authentic Belgian waffles and locally roasted coffee to the space. The dough-based, Liege-style waffles made with Belgian pearl sugar will come in sweet and savory varieties. The concept will also feature a build-your-own option to give customers choice from a number of toppings. Press Waffle Co. also has a location at the Legacy Food Hall in Plano.

Former Texas Christian University football star David Hawthorne will open Not Just Q, a from-scratch barbecue-and-more spot, the release detailed. The food truck has gained a following in Dallas for Chef Eric Hansen’s menu of barbecue and inventive sides, such as brisket nachos and tacos served with a Mexican slaw.

The menu at the food hall will include Fort Worth-only exclusives in addition to a monthly rotating feature chosen by customers.

According to the release, more vendors and an opening date for the food hall will be announced in the coming months.
