Fort Worth development group acquires 55 acres in north Fort Worth

M2G Ventures LLC has acquired a 55 acre site in north Fort Worth with six industrial buildings. The site is located at 10705 N. Freeway, Fort Worth, 76177.

M2G Ventures was represented by Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners. The unidentified seller was represented by Michael Newsome and Todd Hubbard of NAI Robert Lynn. Plans for the site will be announced later, according to Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures.

M2G Ventures has been involved in several area developments, including The Foundry District. They are also working with Stockyards Heritage Development Company, the group redeveloping much of the Fort Worth Stockyards, as the exclusive retail partner for the $175 million Stockyards redevelopment project.
