Fort Worth law firm Brown, Dean, Wiseman, Proctor, Hart & Howell LLP has opened a title fee office with Alamo Title. Brooke Ulrickson Allen, an attorney and partner with Brown Dean and a licensed escrow officer, manages the title business for the firm. She is a veteran buyer and seller of real estate with familiarity in all the avenues of property transfers through her real estate, probate, guardianship, family law and business organization experience.

“Brown Dean is very excited to work with Alamo Title to expand our business. Many of our attorneys have first-hand knowledge of the exceptional service provided by Alamo Title, which complements Brown Dean’s legal expertise and professionalism,” Allen said. Brown Dean and Alamo Title’s histories both date to 1922. Brown Dean, which focuses on complex litigation and negotiation, began with the partnership of two prominent North Texas attorneys, Jesse M. Brown and Sidney Samuels. The firm has offices in Fort Worth and Houston.

Alamo Title provides title insurance and escrow closing services for buying, selling and refinancing real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Together with its parent company, Fidelity National Financial, Alamo Title is one of the nation’s largest title insurance companies.
