The Glade Parks development in Euless is planning to add more 800,000 square feet of anchor, junior anchor, multi-tenant retail, restaurant and entertainment areas with Glade Parks Town Center.
North Rock Real Estate LLC also announced several new tenants to its restaurant/retail roster at Glade Parks, the 194-acre mixed-use development on State Highway 121 in Euless.
Glade Parks Town Center will offer more than 800,000 square feet of anchor, junior anchor, multi-tenant retail, restaurant and entertainment uses. Glade Parks Town Center also will feature a landscaped plaza, an outdoor central area that will be a location for other activities in the area. Programming for Glade Parks Town Plaza will be announced this spring.
Glade Parks is also welcoming several new tenants to its retail and restaurant directory. Fashion-fresh apparel brand Forever 21 RED is celebrating its grand opening in early March. Austin-based craft burger bar, Hopdoddy, is currently building its latest DFW location, and is expected to open at the end of April. Boutique women’s apparel and accessories retailer Francesca’s, and popular tall men’s apparel retailer DXL, are under construction and expect to open this spring. Imperial Hibachi, an upscale Asian Fusion restaurant serving hibachi, sushi and Asian Fusion entrées is opening in early June.
Construction on Aloft Hotel, Starwood and Marriott’s tech-forward hotel brand is continuing with the hotel slated to open in June,.
Also, Blue Lion Salon Suites; MidiCi, the Neapolitan Pizza Company and popular clothing retailer, Old Navy, are also expected to open soon.
Other property leases at Glade Parks have been signed by Total Wine & More and Portland, Oregon-based Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill, which was recently named one of the top 50 emerging brands, will bring its second Metroplex location, a 7,500-square-foot space featuring a scratch kitchen, craft beer and cocktails and an expansive 1,800-square-foot patio. Both establishments are scheduled to open this fall.
