Glade Parks announces new restaurant, tenants coming to development

North Rock Real Estate LLC, is celebrating the recent opening of a new restaurant and new tenant leases to Glade Parks, its 194-acre mixed-use Euless development on State Highway 121.

Outback Steakhouse introduced a new dine-in concept in mid-October.

“We couldn’t be happier with the response we’ve had since opening at Glade Parks,” said Outback General Manager Scott Ruka in a news release.

“We’re in a great location surrounded by growing neighborhoods. Plus, we have a great, new open and lively concept that our customers really enjoy,” Ruka said. “We’ve really tapped into the area and only see our business getting better as the development matures.”

Construction on Glade Parks Town Center began this past summer. The lifestyle-focused section of the property will feature more than 800,000 square feet of anchor, junior anchor and multi-tenant retail, restaurant and entertainment space. Glade Parks hopes to complete constriction on the center in May 2018.

According to the release, property leases at Glade Parks Town Center have been signed by:

— MidiCi, the Neapolitan Pizza Company

— and popular tall men’s apparel retailer DXL.

Additionally, construction on Aloft Hotel (a brand of Starwood and Marriott) is scheduled to finish late summer 2018.
