Cambria Southlake DFW North promises more overnight lodging accommodations when the Southlake hotel opens on the northwest corner of Kimball Avenue and State Highway 114.
Set to open in 2016, with groundbreaking planned for July 8, the 175-room property will be part of Kimball Park, Medici Development Partners’ planned 15.5-acre mixed-use commercial development featuring office and retail space, as well as three restaurants.
The hotel resulted from Choice Hotels International Inc.’s joint partnership with Fillmore Capital Partners and will be developed and operated by Fillmore Hospitality LLC.
The hotel will employ more than 50 individuals. It promises guests a contemporary bistro and fitness center, as well as more than 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in a conference center. All areas will feature complimentary high-speed WiFi.
