Fort Worth-based Simpli.fi, the leader in localized programmatic advertising, has signed a lease for 77,000 square feet of office space in the Horse and Mule Barns on Mule Alley in the Fort Worth Stockyards, JLL announced Aug. 8.

“The main goal of our new space is to provide a great place to work for our team, where we can grow and improve upon the work environment that we have built over the last 8 years,” said Simpli.fi CEO, Frost Prioleau. “Being part of the Stockyards allows us to embrace our heritage as a Fort Worth business, while also having a collaborative, open work place that helps us innovate quickly and deliver the most advanced solutions to our customers.”

JLL Executive Vice President Ryan Matthews and Vice President Matt Montague represented the tenant. Stream Realty Partners’ Seth Koschak and Tyler Maner represented the landlord.

“When we partnered with Simpli.fi 12 months ago, it was imperative that we secure the right office solution to accommodate their culture, future growth, and to foster innovation,” said Matthews. “This new development accomplishes all of those things and will position the company for future success. What Majestic Realty Co. is creating is something really special. We’re thrilled to play a role in helping bring this together.”
