Angela Hall has been named general manager and marketing director at Trademark Property Co.’s Waterside and WestBend, its two newest Fort Worth developments.

In her general manager role, Hall will be responsible for the fiscal and physical management of the properties, as well as relations with tenants, vendors and neighborhood stakeholders. As marketing director, she will continue to lead the shopping centers’ consumer marketing efforts, events, public relations plans, and digital communications.

“Angela has been an invaluable asset as the marketing director for WestBend and Waterside,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co. “We are confident that she will continue to lead the two properties to grow and prosper with the same strong leadership, creativity and enthusiasm we have come to expect from her.”

Since joining Trademark in 2016, Hall has overseen the grand opening of Waterside, Trademark’s 63-acre mixed-use property at Bryant Irvin Road and Arborlawn Drive, including providing support for tenant openings, launching the property’s debut event programming and supporting implementation of the property’s Conscious Place initiative. At WestBend, Trademark’s University District mixed-use property, Hall has focused on supporting leasing efforts and tenant openings, and implementing event programming.

Hall brings over 18 years of experience planning and marketing events of all types and sizes, including social, corporate and nonprofit. Most recently, she served as the marketing director for Vestar, overseeing marketing efforts for West 7th in Fort Worth, Village on the Green in Dallas, and Village on the Parkway in Addison.

Hall received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. She was named a Forty Under Forty honoree by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2015 and served as the Executive Board President for Steer Fort Worth in 2016.
