Fort Worth-based health care service provider Caregiver Inc. is moving headquarters, but employees may barely notice the difference.

JLL announced Jan. 10 that the organization has signed a new 22,511-square-foot office lease at 4800 Overton Plaza in Southwest Fort Worth near the company’s current headquarters.

“Culture plays a vital role to our collective success and having the right corporate location is critical to environment,” said Mark Lashley, CEO of Caregiver. “We are proud to be considered a provider of choice as well as an employer of choice within the intellectual and developmental disability community. To better serve our constituents and employees, we need to position ourselves as forward-thinking and innovative in this challenged business environment. We are thankful for our outstanding partnership with First Command to assist with our long-term growth and innovation”

JLL Managing Director Pat McDowell and Vice President David Berzina successfully negotiated the office lease on behalf of the tenant. Transwestern’s Kirk Kelly represented the landlord.

“This new office solution positions Caregiver, Inc. in a great location for both long-term growth and accessibility,” said McDowell. “The amenity package for employees and quick access to major highways, along with 4800 Overton Plaza’s recent capital improvements, create a great environment for their clients, leadership and staff. We’re thrilled to play a role in continuing their mission.”
