Stream Realty Partners – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, has leased a 60,408-square-foot industrial space at Northport 35 Business Center located at 4251 Dale Earnhardt Drive in Northlake, to reLogistics.

reLogistics, a Houston-based provider of warehouse and pallet management services, will occupy most of Building C, which contains approximately 83,886 square feet. In addition, reLogistics will utilize a 45-trailer storage lot, which will be constructed to compliment a space featuring 20 dock high doors with additional stand-alone trailer positions.

Situated on 60 acres, located east of Interstate 35W and north of Texas 114, Northport 35 Business Center is a three-building, 945,000 square-foot industrial park jointly developed by Stream Realty Partners and Clarion Partners.

Stream’s Dallas industrial team of Cannon Green, managing director and partner, Bob Hagewood, senior vice president and Forrest Cook, associate; served as the leasing agents for the project, and worked closely with Matt Elliott of NAI Robert Lynn.

“This lease brings the project to 100 percent occupancy and near closure of our business plan,” Green said. “We envisioned a multi-tenant development rich with industrial amenities, including security, trailer storage, and modern building features. In addition to our superb location, and proximity to their customers, reLogistics is making use of additional contiguous land we targeted for supplemental trailer storage, a feature in high demand across the Metroplex.”

Northport 35 Business Center is a part of the Alliance Texas submarket and is near the Union Pacific and BNSF rail lines, Alliance Airport and the BNSF intermodal facility.
