“Integra Realty Resources, Inc. is excited that it will be represented in D-FW by the Jackson Claiborne team under the leadership of Jimmy H. Jackson” said IRR Chairman Anthony M. Graziano, in a news release. “Jimmy and his team align with Integra’s ethos and entrepreneurial spirit, and IRR is pleased to be back in D-FW.”

Graziano added that D-FW is the second-fastest growing metropolitan statistical area (MSA) in the U.S., an MSA being a densely populated region with economic ties throughout the area.

The new IRR office will be managed by Jimmy Jackson and his team. Jackson is IRR’s newest shareholder and has 33 years of experience in the industry.

The team plans to open a Fort Worth branch office within the coming months as well, which will bring IRR to a total of five new Texas offices since February.

Before coming to IRR, Jackson was a founding partner of Jackson Claborn, Inc. (JCI), a real estate consulting/valuation firm established in 1993. Jackson said in the release that IRR’s cutting-edge software and large commercial real estate database not only allowed the company to grow, but enticed JCI to work with them.

“It was quite evident that IRR possesses a culture that displays a high degree of professionalism and a commitment to providing their clients with the best consulting expertise,” Jackson said in the release. “It is very clear to JCI that IRR’s consulting platform is and will remain well ahead of the rest of commercial real estate valuation and consulting industry.”

Jackson added that the new offices will focus on appraisal and consulting services, as well as offer expert testimony and extensive appraisal consulting services.

“JCI has maintained an excellent reputation in the DFW real estate valuation industry for over 24 years,” he said. “Our business model was built on trust, integrity and customer service. Becoming IRR-Dallas/Ft. Worth ensures we will be able to serve our clients across the US in the best manner possible with market leading technology, advanced market research and analytics, and the support of a nationwide, extensive network of highly respected MAI’s.”
