6th Ave Homes is a launching an in-house interior design department with the hiring of designers, Gretchen Herb and Christine Zeiler.

Herb is a Fort Worth native, and joins 6th Ave Homes from Chip & Joanna Gaines’ Magnolia Homes in Waco. She served as a designer and project manager, working on properties featured on HGTV’s Fixer Upper. Other prior experience includes overseeing construction projects for Sundance Square and Huckabee. She graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design.

Zeiler has a variety of experience in residential, commercial and event design, most recently as the owner of Fort Worth-based Christine Zeiler Interiors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Georgia’s Lamar Dodd School of Art.

6th Ave Homes originally focused on old home renovations when it was founded in 2014. It has since become one-stop shop for real estate when it began offering buying, selling and renovation services last year.
