JLL Dallas announced it has added two industry experts to their Agency Leasing team. Ruth Griggs and Adam Hammack will both serve as Vice Presidents. Griggs will focus on the strategic positioning of clients’ real estate assets in order to maximize value. Hammack will provide owner representation for existing office properties and ground-up developments.

Griggs brings twelve years of commercial real estate experience to JLL, in both investment sales and leasing. She previously served as Leasing Director at PegasusAblon where she leased 2 million square feet in their office and Design District portfolios.
Hammack has twelve years of commercial real estate experience. He recently served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s agency leasing team, advising both institutional and entrepreneurial clients on their real estate needs.
