JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing partner for Westcliff Center, an established retail and office center located just south of Texas Christian University located at 3563 Alton Road in Fort Worth. Westcliff Center is anchored by an Albertsons grocery store and Ace Hardware.
JLL’s Austin Speni is leading the effort on behalf of ownership.
“Westcliff Center provides a terrific location near a major university, surrounded by thriving, economically strong neighborhoods,” said Speni. “This is a unique opportunity for perspective retailers and office users to instantly become part of a historic, established community.”
Westcliff Center encompasses over 55,000 square feet of retail space and has served the surrounding area for more than 60 years. According to JLL Research, there are currently over 115,000 households and 300,000 people within five miles of the retail center.
JLL was also selected to serve as the property management team for the retail and office center.
According to Tarrant Appraisal District records, the owner of the center, which was built in 1955, is CTO17 Westcliff TX LLC. which is the DBA for Consolidated Tomko, a Florida real estate firm.
