JLL announced June 20 the firm has been selected as the exclusive office leasing partner for 101 Nursery Lane in The River District in Fort Worth by owner/developer of the project, Fort Capital.

101 Nursery Lane in The River District is the second phase of the Nursery Lane Office Park. The property offers office and retail opportunities in The River District, an emerging mixed-use area of Fort Worth.

“I dream that if you are looking to get a deal done in Fort Worth – you’d come to Nursery Lane,” said Chris Powers, founder and CEO of Fort Capital. “We believe there is a huge opportunity in the market to create the setting for similar-minded businesses/teams to office next to one other and derive value from their neighbors. JLL’s Cannon Camp is leading the marketing and leasing efforts for the property.

On-site amenities include a common area for tenants with coffee and tea service, conference rooms, gated parking and controlled access entry to the property. 101 Nursery Lane in The River District will also have a rooftop terrace providing 360-degree, unobstructed views of the area including downtown.

The River District is a locally-cultivated community in West Fort Worth, offering unique restaurants, boutique office spaces, and a multitude of varying living options. Situated in the heart of The River District, 101 Nursery Lane will place tenants within walking distance of popular restaurants including Heim Barbecue, Salsa Limon, Lettuce Cook, and Tim Love’s newest restaurant concept, Gemelle.

Fort Capital has also recently broke ground on two new retail/restaurant sites located directly across the street from 101 Nursery Lane.
