Increased interest and development activity in North Texas has prompted Tarrant County College to place six acres of undeveloped land on the market, JLL announced today.

The commercial real estate firm will lead the marketing and sales efforts for two parcels on the edge of Tarrant County College Northeast campus in North Richland Hills and Hurst. The first parcel, approximately five acres in size, is located at Harwood Road and Grapevine Highway in North Richland Hills, and the second, approximately one acre in size, is located at Harwood Road and Precinct Line Road in Hurst.

JLL Fort Worth Market lead Todd Burnette and Senior Associate Austin Speni will lead the firm’s sales team.

“North Texas is experiencing unprecedented growth with no signs of slowing down,” said Burnette. “This opportunity offers positioning along one of the Metroplex’s fastest growing thoroughfares that’s seen a significant increase in traffic thanks to several nearby new multifamily projects recently completed and underway. With available land at a premium and increasing interest from developers and investors, we do not expect this to stay on the market for long.”

Both parcels are immediately available for development.
