JLL announced Oct. 2 the firm was selected to market and sell 105 Nursery Lane in The River District, a mixed-use area of Fort Worth, by owner/developer Fort Capital. The two story, 16,508-square-foot Class A office property was built in 2017 and has served as Fort Capital’s headquarters since its completion.
Fort Capital’s continued growth and investment in The River District recently spurred the development of a third office building within the Nursery Lane Office Park, 133 Nursery Lane, which Fort Capital plans to occupy Q3 2020.
The River District was the second fastest growing ZIP code in Tarrant County in 2018. Businesses and residents have been drawn to the District due to its close proximity to downtown, walkability and access to the Trinity River trails, and its locally-owned restaurants including Salsa Limon, Heim Barbecue on the River, and Tim Love’s newest restaurant, Gemelle.
JLL’s Ryan Matthews and Cannon Camp are leading the marketing and sales efforts for the property.
