Kroger planned for former Pate Ranch site

The former Pate Ranch site could be getting a Kroger, if the Fort Worth City Council approves the project’s site plan on Aug. 2.

Located at the corner of Altamesa Boulevard and Chisholm Trail Parkway, the grocery store will span more than 120,000 square feet and also have a fuel center and pharmacy. The store will also have Kroger’s ClickList online shopping service that allows customers to order online and pick up at the store.

The Zoning Commission approved the site plan at its July 13 meeting.

Kroger will be part of the 468-acre housing and retail development on the former Pate Ranch site, now being called Tavolo Park. Dallas-based developer Provident Realty Advisors is leading the project.
