David de Carion joined LanCarte Commercial Real Estate as vice president in December.
“David’s background in commercial real estate paired with his disciplined work ethic are an excellent match for LanCarte Commercial and will immediately benefit our clients,” President Sarah LanCarte said in a news release.
De Carion has broad experience in the office, industrial and retail sectors including brokerage, leasing, and investments, the company said in a news release.
He grew up in the heart of Silicon Valley and graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
De Carion worked at McDonnell Douglass in Huntington Beach, California, before joining the United States Marine Corps where he served as a pilot for more than 20 years.
The LanCarte announcement said that de Carion successfully closed more than $8 million in transactions in his first year and a half in the commercial industry.
Fort Worth-based LanCarte labels itself as “boutique in nature,” and offers brokerage and investment services throughout the Metroplex.
