Lewisville’s Austin Ranch has landed a large industrial deal as Billingsley Co. announced Tuesday that Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. will lease 38,505 square feet of space in the development next to the Nebraska Furniture Market.
“With the excitement of Nebraska Furniture Mart next door there has been a burst of activity at The Offices of Austin Ranch. We are seeing more great furniture brands, offices and other major distributors interested in our business park. It is all very exciting and we are seizing the moment. The SH 121 corridor will be unrecognizable by 2015,” said George Billingsley, partner. The lease will begin March 2014.
Reid Bassinger of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Covering over 1,900 acres, just one mile west of the North Dallas Tollway and bordering SH 121, Austin Ranch is a mixed-use development of office, distribution center, retail and residential properties.
