A gourmet kitchen has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including three convection ovens and a six-burner gas stove. A retractable wall also conceals an additional cooking and storage area, while a large center island offers additional counter space, a sink and a built-in microwave.

The master suite has a wood burning fireplace, an elevated four-poster canopy bed, two walk-in closets, a private exercise room and a bathroom with barrel-vaulted ceilings, a free-standing Jacuzzi tub, an oversized shower, and his and hers vanity sinks.

Another notable feature of the estate is a long corridor with a double barrel vaulted ceiling that leads to entertaining and leisure rooms, including a screening room with theater-style seating for 12 and a game room with a billiards table, full kitchen and wet bar.

Also on the property is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house with a full kitchen; a swimming pool with two attached inlaid stone spas; a seven-car garage; and a regulation size tennis court that sits adjacent to the main home.

The Strawn home, at 1052 Bluff Creek Point, is a 5,563-square-foot estate with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Situated along 1.2 acres of lakefront land, the home’s prized feature is a deep water dock with 2,000 square feet of entertainment space, including a second-floor deck, a rope swing and a splash bar.

DeCaro Luxury Auctions will be conducting the auctions on Oct. 17.
