Make-A-Wish Foundation finds new office space

🕐 1 min read

JLL announced today the successful negotiation of a new office lease for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. The nonprofit organization will be moving their Fort Worth office to 4541 Bellaire Drive South, Suite 102 from 3509 Hulen Street.

JLL Fort Worth Market Lead Todd Burnette represented the tenant. Vasseur Commercial Real Estate, Inc.’s Chris L. Stewart represented the landlord.

“We’re honored to partner with Make-A-Wish and thrilled to find a new location for them to continue their amazing work,” said Burnette. “This new office provides their organization more space and accessibility for their team and will help them to continue to grant wishes for children in North Texas and around the world.”

According to JLL Research, the West/Southwest Fort Worth submarket, which Make-A-Wish’s new office is located in, has been one of Fort Worth’s most active. Through Q2 2018, the area has the lowest total vacancy in the market (7.5%) while still managing to reach the third highest amount of total net absorption with 98,327 square feet of office product absorbed, year-to-date.
