CBRE has announces an additional slate of tenants for the 81-acre mixed-use development at the northeast corner of Highway 287 and Broad Street in Mansfield.

Shops at Broad benefits from additional traffic generators in the Mansfield StarCenter and the adjacent Fieldhouse USA, both of which have opened in the past 24 months.
“In today’s environment, you can’t just build a typical shopping center and expect the customers to show up, you have to plan and build for an experience,” said Tyler Morris, Managing Partner with Geyer Morris Company, owners of the center. “That is what we are excited about doing with the Shops at Broad. This development will be the first of its kind, unique to Mansfield, and something that the residents will be proud to call their own.”
“Mansfield has been waiting for years for this development to take shape, and the time has finally come,” said Mansfield Mayor David Cook. “It has been a pleasure to work with the Geyer Morris team and we look forward to watching the Shops at Broad grow. The Shops at Broad won’t just be a place to shop, it will be a place for our residents to gather and enjoy. It’s been a long time coming and we couldn’t be more excited.”
The Shops at Broad is slated to open in 2019 and will bring approximately 430,000 square feet of retail to Mansfield with additional development opportunities available. Plans also include a 330-unit multi-family complex adjacent to the StarCenter.
CBRE’s Andrew Lehner and Claire Galpern continue to market the project on behalf of Geyer Morris Company. Restaurant space, shop space, pad sites, and land tracts are still available.
