Southwest Fort Worth will soon have another hotel. Waterside has announced that a 119-room Marriott Residence Inn begin construction on approximately 3 acres along Arborlawn Drive at the south end of the development. The new hotel will be located on land purchased by Raymond Management, who recently closed on the property. Construction on the hotel is planned to begin in the fourth quarter of 2019 and is slated to open in 2021.

Waterside is Trademark Property Company’s 63-acre mixed use development.
