More than an acre sells in West 7th

Bledsoe

Davidson Bogel Real Estate’s (DB2RE) Investment Sales division recently arranged the sale of 2800 Bledsoe in Fort Worth. The 22,000 square-foot center in the heart of the West 7th entertainment district.

“Totaling 1.11 acre and sitting at the northwest corner of Foch Street and Bledsoe Street, 2800 Bledsoe is one of the largest properties in terms of acreage in the district,” said Cameron Deptula of DB2RE Investment Sales. He said the current tenancy and location make the property a strategic legacy asset within the high-barrier district.

At the time of sale, the property was 100 occupied with well-known establishments such as Whiskey Garden, Trophy Ranch and The Local, among others.

“Many investors are searching for quality experience-oriented assets within the urban core,” said Deptula. “The new owner will be a good steward of the property as the area continues to flourish.”
