Neighborhood Services for the city of Fort Worth is hosting its 14th annual Housing Summit from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17.
Neighborhood Services encapsulates housing, administration of social service programs that receive either state or federal funding, public education and neighborhood code compliance. According to Neighborhood Services, Fort Worth neighborhoods currently receive $11 million annually through HUD Entitlement Programs and $12 million annually in state funding for projects from low income and summer food service programs to energy conservation and assistance programs.
The summit will be held at Tarrant County College – Trinity River, located at 300 Trinity Campus Circle. Parking will be available on the fourth floor of the TCC Parking Garage, and lunch and refreshments will be provided to all registered attendees.

Registration and check-in will be held from 9-10 a.m. with workshops from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

-Obtaining a Mortgage Loan
-Down Payment Assistance & Homeownership Counseling
Admission is free and there will be door prizes. Additionally, limited childcare will be available on a first-come first-serve basis for children 5-13 years old.
