New co-working/shared office space coming to downtown Fort Worth

CityCentral, a Dallas based co-working/shared office space concept, has leased 22,530 square feet of office space at 600 W. 6th Street in downtown Fort Worth in Cantey Hanger Plaza. CityCentral Fort Worth will open this fall, providing over 70 private offices as well as co-working, meeting rooms and event spaces. This will be CityCentral’s fourth location in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Matthew Hickey and Kristin Grammar with TIG Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant, CityCentral. Red Oak Realty represented the landlord.
