A new fashion retailer is moving into the space vacated by Leddy’s in Sundance Square. The retailer – Parts Unknown – is scheduled to open in the spring in more than 5,800 square feet at 410 Houston St. next to Retro Cowboy and Pappagallo.

The retailer offers name brand clothing and accessories from Tommy Bahama, Nat Nast, Scully, Ugg, Born, Clarks, Lucchese, Johnny Was, true grit, Merrell, Liberty boots, Ariat, Olukai, French Dressing, NYDJ, Corral Boots and others.

Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square, said in a news release that the new store continues “to fill out our growing selection of independently owned retailers.”

The Fort Worth store joins other Parts Unknown stores in Fredericksburg and Santa Fe, as well as three California locations and one in Arkansas.

Bob Swink, vice president of Parts Unknown, said in the release that the company recognizes “the success Leddy’s had in Sundance Square with certain brands and it is our desire to continue to offer a portion of these brands.” said Bob Swink.

Parts Unknown offers a selection of contemporary, outdoor and Western fashion and will carry an equal mix of men’s and women’s fashion items.

Sundance Square is a 35-block mix of commercial, residential, entertainment and retail.
