Residents at the new Elan Crockett Row apartments at 3001 Crockett St. will get something new to Fort Worth will be able to say “Hello Alfred,” to use an in-home hospitality program designed to provide personal assistance to residents.

Elan Crockett Row, located across from The Modern on University Drive, these West 7th apartmentsfrom Greystar will have the feel of an upscale boutique hotel.

Residents of Elan Crockett Row will experience an elite lifestyle with both indoor and outdoor hospitality-inspired amenities. Each apartment will feature smart thermostats, wine coolers, mudroom entries, leathered granite islands, French door refrigerators, front loading washers and dryers, modern lighting, built-in closet organizers, and other amenities.

According to Greystar, Elan Crockett Row will be the first Fort Worth property to offer Hello Alfred, an in-home hospitality program designed to provide personal assistance to residents upon command. Hello Alfred offers services such as grocery shopping, tidying up, laundry, dry cleaning, shipping packages, getting fresh flowers and even picking up prescriptions. Hello Alfred also handles one-off requests like help getting that last minute Mother’s Day gift.

With move-in dates starting in March, Elan Crockett Row is currently preleasing apartments.

Elan Crockett Row is the third Elan community in Fort Worth.

The architect is Meeks and Partners.

The contractor is Greystar Development & Construction.

The lender for the project is Amegy Bank.
