KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, announced today that EVEN, Staybridge Suites, and Avid, Intercontinental Hotel Group’s (IHG) newest brand, will join Avion Business Park in Irving near the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The new building will house all three brand concepts under the same roof.
“The new hotels are a perfect addition to Avion Business Park’s masterplan and will play a big role in attracting corporate office interest,” said Bill Guthrey, senior vice president at KDC. “These hotels are a wonderful asset that will integrate well into the walkable business park, making our remaining 26 acres of office land primed for development.”
The 320-room hotel campus is located outside of the airport’s north entrance off State Highway 114 between Esters Road and Freeport Parkway. A tri-branded offering, each brand offers a unique experience tailored to distinct travelers. The 110-room EVEN brand offers a hotel where wellness is at the core of the experience for the active, on-the-go traveler. The 115-room Staybridge Suites brand has set the standard in the upscale extended stay segment for more than 20 years, with a relentless commitment to exceeding evolving guest expectations. The 95-room Avid brand is IHG’s newest offering, providing guests hospitality with the essentials of travel done exceptionally well. The three brands work together seamlessly to offer guests a wide variety of amenities.
Construction on the hotel is planned to commence in Q1 2020 with completion slated for Q4 2021. Civitas Capital Group is developing the hotel.

Avion Business Park is located on a 50-acre tract of land along State Highway 114 and Royal Lane between Esters Blvd. and Freeport Parkway in Irving, Texas, just outside the northern entrance to DFW Airport. Approximately 26 acres remain for office build-to-suit development. Avion Business Park is home to the American College of Emergency Physicians, which recently moved into its newly completed, three-story, 60,000-square-foot headquarters.
