North Arlington’s Viridian adds homebuilders

🕐 1 min read

Highland Homes and Grenadier Homes have been added to Veridian’s list of homebuilders as the North Arlington master-planned community continues to develop.

Dallas-based Highland Homes is the most recent builder to join the Viridian team. It will offer homes on 40- and 65-foot homesites, though home designs and pricing have not been determined.

“Highland Homes has successfully partnered with Johnson Development Corp. in several communities over the years, and we are thrilled to partner with them in Viridian,” said Aaron Graham, vice president of operations at Highland Homes, commenting in a news release.

Grenadier Homes is showcasing its Villa designs in the North Arlington development, featuring nine floor plans ranging from 1,304 to 2,283 square feet and priced from the $230,000s. The single-story homes feature front porches, granite countertops and hard-surface flooring.

“These homes are a perfect complement to the other townhomes and single-family designs we current offer in Viridian,” said Robert Kembel, general manager.

Earlier this year, Windmiller Homes debuted at Viridian. It offers luxury designs priced from the $600,000s. A model home is expected to open soon at 1121 Viridian Park Lane.

Other builders in Viridian include CB Jeni Homes, CastleRock Communities, David Weekley Homes, Drees Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Normandy Homes and Plantation Homes. Custom builders are Glendarroch Homes, Struhs Builders and Village Homes. Pricing in the community starts in the $230,000s.

Viridian features 2,000 acres of lakes, streams and waterways, the enclave offers residents a sailing club, fitness center and activities planned by a full-time lifestyle director. More information is available at www.viridiandfw.com.
