Highland Homes and Grenadier Homes have been added to Veridian’s list of homebuilders as the North Arlington master-planned community continues to develop.

Dallas-based Highland Homes is the most recent builder to join the Viridian team. It will offer homes on 40- and 65-foot homesites, though home designs and pricing have not been determined.

“Highland Homes has successfully partnered with Johnson Development Corp. in several communities over the years, and we are thrilled to partner with them in Viridian,” said Aaron Graham, vice president of operations at Highland Homes, commenting in a news release.

Grenadier Homes is showcasing its Villa designs in the North Arlington development, featuring nine floor plans ranging from 1,304 to 2,283 square feet and priced from the $230,000s. The single-story homes feature front porches, granite countertops and hard-surface flooring.
