Beach Street Business Park, a 69,400 square foot, eleven building, multi-tenant, flex/industrial business park has been sold.
Cody Payne, associate director in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office arranged the sale. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Payne. The project was built in 2004 of metal construction. Payne and his team were able to generate multiple competing offers on this project, due to the demand for industrial and flex business parks. Investors from all over the country are trying to acquire this type of product in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
The project, located near Loop 820 and Interstate 35, was 100 percent occupied with a diverse tenant pool.
