North Richland Hills, Plano residential communities among Principal Management Group’s new clients

Lee Graham Reporter   Principal Management Group of North Texas, a Dallas-based Associa company, has added 20 apartment and other residential communities to its expanding Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio. “We are glad that these communities recognized our dedication and chose us for their management services,” said president and CEO Mark Southall in a news release. “We look forward to working with these communities and boards for years to come,” Southall said. PMG North will provide full management services, including financial, community management and record-keeping, to communities in North Richland Hills, Plano, McKinney, Denton, Flower Mound, Lucas, Meridian and McClendon-Chisholm in Rockwall County. Those communities include Iron Horse, featuring 101 single-family homes in North Richland Hills.
