Panther FW Investments LLC has purchased a five-building industrial portfolio in the Valwood and East Brookhollow submarkets of Dallas.
The real estate investment firm partnered with Atlas CP in the deal, marking the second time they have collaborated, this time with Atlas principals P.J. Brady and Brad Hannagan.
The firms also collaborated in purchasing an industrial portfolio of 10 buildings in San Antonio in late 2012.
The newly purchased Dallas portfolio comprises five office-warehouse facilities totaling 303,420 square feet. The buildings are leased to several local, regional and national tenants.
Panther also has ownership positions in five Dallas-area multifamily properties.
