Pet Supermarket stores are coming to Velocis-owned Town Center Colleyville and Ridglea Village Shopping Center in Fort Worth,
Venture Commercial Real Estate announced today.
Venture Commercial has negotiated two separate leases that will bring the Florida-based retailer to the area.
The 7,431-square-foot store at Ridglea Village, located at 6100 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, will join tenants Campisi’s, La Madeleine, and Haltom’s Jewelers.
Pet Supermarket will open a 6,601-square-foot store in Town Center Colleyville, located at 5611 Colleyville Boulevard. The retailer joins tenants including Market Street and Studio Movie Grill.
Venture’s Easley Waggoner Jr. represented Velocis in lease negotiations for both locations, working with Amy Pjetrovic on the Colleyville lease, and with Amanda Throckmorton on the Fort Worth lease. Michelle Caplan and Gretchen Miller with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representatives for Pet Supermarket.
Sunrise, Florida-based Pet Supermarket operates more than 150 stores throughout the southeast region of the U.S. and has been expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets.
