Quorum International has renewed and expanded its lease in Fort Worth’s Railhead Industrial Park, adding 101,000 square feet for a lease now totaling 305,000 square feet.
The property, at 400 Railhead Drive in north Fort Worth, serves as the lighting and ceiling fan manufacturer’s headquarters and distribution center.
Quorum already has begun renovating the newly added space, which underwent a recent lighting upgrade by Sun Life Assurance Co., the landlord.
Nick Talley of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented Sun Life in the direct deal.

Quorum is among the oldest tenants in the industrial park, which opened in 1995 as the city’s largest industrial center with dual-rail service.
