AMLI 7th Street Station sold
AMLI 7th Street Station has been sold, with Fort Worth-based Olympus Property purchasing the 189-unit apartment community at 2601 W. Seventh St. in Fort Worth.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Rowan Burch of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, represented the seller, AMLI Residential Properties LP and procured the buyer.
“This property is at the epicenter of the booming West Seventh Street corridor, just west of downtown Fort Worth,” Balthrope said in a news release. “Buyer demand was extremely strong. Over 60 investor groups toured the property during our marketing process.”
240-unit Trinity Bell Gardens apartments sold
Trinity Bell Gardens in Fort Worth has been sold to Block Real Estate Services. The 240-unit apartment complex is located at 9500 Trinity Blvd. Terms of the sale were not released.

PRIME COLLIN COUNTY SITE
Kirkwood Holdings LLC has purchased 50 acres as an investment in northwest Collin County.
Wayne Burgdorf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW in Arlington represented the Tarrant County-based buyer, whose identity was not disclosed.
The buyer plans to hold the land until neighboring developments begin taking shape. At that point, individual tracts — or the entire parcel — are expected to be marketed to mixed-use commercial or residential developers.
The site is located within the Tollway District overlay and has 1,500 feet of frontage along west First Street in the town of Prosper.
“Kirkwood is bullish on the entire northwest Collin County market. This acreage is an ideal development tract in the near future,” Burgdorf said in a news release.
The property is near Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ Blue Star Land Co.’s proposed 1,000-acre Star Trails community and is adjacent to Matthews Southwest’s planned 157-acre business park, as well as the Dallas North Tollway and U.S. Highway 380.
ASSET PANDA EXPANDS IN FRISCO
Asset Panda has leased 2,787 square feet of office space at Hall Office Park in Frisco. The asset software-management firm plans to use the space at 3001 Dallas Parkway for added room and space for more employees. Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s office division brokered the lease.
