Auldridge-Griffin renews, expands Fort Worth lease
Auldridge-Griffin PC accounting firm has renewed and expanded its lease in Fort Worth’s Ridglea Bank Building.
JLL represented Auldridge-Griffin in securing the nearly 1,500-square-foot expansion at the bank building at 6300 Ridglea Place. Pat McDowell of JLL negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, with John Grace of Colliers International representing the unidentified landlord.
BALLPARK CIRCLE LEASING
GETS PMRG ASSIST
Kurt Cherry and Shea Byers of PMRG have secured leasing duties for Ballpark Circle, a Class A office facility across the street from Globe Life Park at 1401 Nolan Ryan Expressway in Arlington. Among tenants in the three-story, 161,808-square-foot facility are Triumph Aerostructures and Infotech Enterprises Inc.
ES&H BUYS GRAND PRAIRIE SITE
Environmental consultant ES&H of Dallas has purchased an 11-acre tract near its North Texas hub to develop a warehouse and water treatment facility. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2017 for the property at 3405 Gilbert Road in Grand Prairie. Will Dillard of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in a direct deal with the seller, Lawrence Watts of Dallas.
