Dr. Gayle Karanges, owner of First Eye Care, has relocated her Arlington Optometry practice to a new, state-of-the-art 3,800-square-foot building in Viridian Medial Park. Karanges was represented by John Staab of Motive Real Estate Group in the purchase of the building. Financing was provided by Jackson Diaz-Cobo from BB&T.

Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners-DFW LP represented the tenant. Gary Vasseur of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the landlord.

Cantex Home Health Tarrant County LLC has subleased 2,316 square feet of space at 6221 Southwest Blvd., Suite 200, in Benbrook from Barron-Stark Engineers LP. Blake Rogers of Jones Lang Lasalle Brokerage Inc. represented the sublessee, while Gary Vasseur of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the sublessor.

Trident Restaurant Group LLC, dba Wishbone & Flynt, has leased 3,970 square feet at 305 S. Main St., the Main + Broad development, in Fort Worth. Amber Calhoun and Trey Neville of Graham Property Brokerage LLC represented the tenants. KCPII Funds LLC is the landlord.
