Colleyville gains Tarrant’s first Snap Kitchen
Snap Kitchen is coming to Colleyville. The Austin-based, ready-to-eat meals retailer will be the fourth tenant of the future Colleyville Stampede development.
According to property developer Standridge Companies, Snap Kitchen will occupy 1,305 square feet at 4712 Colleyville Blvd., Suite 140. Representing Standridge Companies in leasing negotiations was Tey Tiner of CBRE-UCR, with Alden Harris of Shop Companies representing Snap Kitchen.
Cooper Park apartments in Arlington sold
Cooper Park apartment community at 812 Cooper Square Circle in Arlington has been sold to Upper Level Acquisitions I LLC.
Serving as adviser and agent to Cooper Holdings LP in the deal were Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and John Marshall Doss of Greysteel Co.’s Fort Worth office.
Vasseur changes name, office location
Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. is the new name of Kelly, Geren & Searcy Inc. DBA Coldwell Banker Commercial Searcy Vasseur Group.
Gary E. Vasseur continues as sole owner of the commercial, industrial and investment property brokerage.
Meanwhile, the Fort Worth office recently moved to 2931 Oak Park Circle. Its new website is under construction at www.vasseurcre.com.
Caddo Industrial Fund buys warehouse
Caddo Industrial Fund I has purchased a 101,939-square-foot, net-leased warehouse in Brookhollow Industrial Park from Grapevine-based Kruse Farms LP.
The single-tenant property at 1011 Regal Row in Dallas is the headquarters and primary manufacturing site of Guard-All Building Solutions, which has time left on its triple-net lease.
Representing the seller in the direct deal were Gary Walker, Renee Efimoff and Shane Benner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW.
The 5.3-acre infill location is near John W. Carpenter Freeway-Texas 183. The single-story building offers 13,030 square feet of office space and warehouse-light manufacturing. CBC Alliance DFW leased and managed the asset for Kruse Farms. The buyer of record is CIF 1011 Regal LLC, a locally based single-asset entity.

Timberview Golf Club Inc. has sold 120 acres at 4274 Timberview Drive in Fort Worth to Cary Brown Family Foundation. Representing the buyer were Jack Huff, Kyle Poulson and Kelly Whaley of Transwestern-Fort Worth.
Synergy Bank SSB of McKinney has purchased 77,000 square feet at 1801 Handley Ederville Road in Fort Worth from LRB Holdings Inc. The site will house a full-service bank planned to be completed in mid-2016, according to bank president and CEO J. Douglas Sanders. Gary Vasseur of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer. James L. Wells represented the seller.
B2 Investments LLC has sold 16,756 square feet of retail showroom space at 9938 Plano Road in Dallas to Freedom Powersports Real Estate LLC. Negotiating the transaction were Trey Neville and Larry Jordan of Transwestern.
