Real Deals: Colleyville mixed-use building sold

Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Colleyville mixed-use building sold

The Village at Colleyville has been sold, with a 1031 exchange investor purchasing the medical office and multifamily mixed-use building at 5232 Colleyville Blvd.

Terms of the sale were not released.

The building features 15,000 square feet of medical office space and 30 multifamily units. The medical space is leased by Colleyville Family Medicine.

Nick Fluellen, Ron Hebert, Bard Hoover, Trey Caldwell and Scott Ogilvie of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Dallas office procured the buyer.

GRAND PRAIRIE SITE SOLD

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a lease transaction for 14,475 square feet of space at 2618 W. State Highway 303 in Grand Prairie.

Robert Miller of DFW Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Oakcroft Associates Inc. dba Roofmaster. The landlord was represented by Luke Davis at Stream.

SELF-STORAGE FACILITY SOLD

Storage & Moving Logistics’ self-storage facility has been sold to a private investor group. The 27,900-square-foot building is located at 2801 East Loop 820 South in Fort Worth.

Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Karr and Cunningham also secured the buyer.

A 6,400-square-foot office building at 2404 Roosevelt Drive in Dalworthington Gardens has been sold to BTHA Holdings LLC, which will occupy the structure. David Tuttle of KW Commercial’s Arlington office represented the seller, LHB Investments Ltd. KW Commercial is the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty Inc.

Lee Leighton Home LLC has sold a 4,342-square-foot, garden-style office building at 4304 Green Oaks Blvd. in Arlington to Jeffrey Carnahan, a chiropractor who will occupy the facility. Wayne Burgdorf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the buyer. Jane Yeatman of Ebby Halliday Realtors represented the seller.

Jeffrey and Bernice Gee have sold a 6,000-square-foot office building, originally built as a church, at 925 E. Kennedale Parkway in Kennedale to Quick Roofing, a roofing contractor. Wayne Burgdorf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance represented the seller.

MJB Medical Supplies LLC has leased a 1,860-square-foot office space in Augustus Plaza at 5000 Overton Plaza in Fort Worth. David Tuttle of KW Commercial’s Arlington office represented the tenant. The landlord, Bobby Cox Companies Inc., represented itself.

Exquisite Vapor has leased a 1,200-square-foot retail space in Rush Creek Centre at 2602 W. Pioneer Parkway in Pantego. David Tuttle of KW Commercial’s Arlington office represented the tenant. Mike Pactor of Quine & Associates Inc. represented the landlord, TSCA-201 Ltd.

Clever Items has leased 3,825 square feet of warehouse space in Division Flags Business Park, 333 Exchange Drive in Arlington. David Tuttle of KW Commercial’s Arlington office represented the tenant. Bill Bexley of JSC Realty Services Inc. represented the landlord, Division Flags Business Park Ltd.

Vista Rehab Partners has leased 3,500 square feet at 2401 Ira E. Woods Ave. in Grapevine. The transaction sees the Grapevine-based firm move to a new location to expand. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC represented the firm.
