Fort Worth Business obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Country Oaks apartments in Weatherford sold

The 64-unit Country Oaks apartments in Weatherford has been sold to Mercury Metroplex Real Estate VI LLC.

Marketing the property on behalf of Weatherford Country Oaks LLC were Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and John Marshall Doss of Greysteel Co.

MANSFIELD RETAIL PROPERTY SOLD

Cheney Center in Mansfield, a 11,375-square-foot retail property at 640 West Debbie Lane, has been sold to an undisclosed buyer.

Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. At closing, the center was 83 percent occupied. Tenants include Comet Cleaners, Habaneros, Lucy Donuts, Fuji Foot Spa, Allstate, Edward D. Jones and Uncle Bo’s Hamburgers.

SALES

The Fort Worth building originally constructed for Stanford Convalescent Nursing Home’s corporate offices and warehouse facility has been sold. 801 West Cannon LLC bought the 9,600-square-foot property at 801 W. Cannon St. Scott Blakewell of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Chris L. Stewart of Vasseur Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller, Stanford Co.

Vintage Capital Partners LP has sold a 5,046-square-foot building at 303 Nash St. in Grapevine. Danny Wilkerson of 312 Management represented the seller.

Tea 2 Go has leased 2,150 square feet in Montgomery Plaza, 2600 W. Seventh St. in Fort Worth. Tey Tiner and Carter Butler of CBRE | UCR Retail Advisors-DFW represented the landlord.

Texas Department of Public Safety has leased 1,696 square feet at 2001 Beach St. in Fort Worth. Kurt Cherry and Brittany Ricketts of PM Realty Group-Dallas represented the landlord.

Eastern Plumbing Supply Fort Worth LLC has leased 15,240 square feet at 5201 Bridge St. in Fort Worth. Don Phifer of Phifer & Associates-North Richland Hills represented the landlord.

RX.Com has leased 22,000 square feet in Northwest Office Park in Fort Worth. Randal Johnson of Havener Companies represente the landlord.

Drug Test First has leased 1,507 square feet at Town & Country Center, 2420-2534 Jacksboro Highway in Fort Worth. Claude Dabney of 4 C’s Investments LLC represented the tenant. Jeff Marek and Roger Smeltzer of Vision Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Mission Central Metroplex has leased 5,000 square feet at Village Square Shopping Center, 716-756 E. Pipeline Road in Hurst. Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services-Fort Worth represented the landlord.
