Real Deals: Ecowaters of Fort Worth purchases Hurst property

The Fort Worth Business Press obtains some of its Real Deals content through a partnership with Xceligent Inc., a commercial real estate research firm.

Ecowaters of Fort Worth purchases Hurst office property Fort Worth-based Ecowaters Texas (AmazingAqua.com) has purchased a commercial office building at 900 Barbara Ann Drive in Hurst to house its new main office and distribution headquarters. The firm provides residential and commercial water softeners and reverse-osmosis solutions. Lisa Amend of Champions DFW Commercial Realty LLC. represented the buyers in a broker-to-owner transaction. UCR SELLS 3 PROPERTIES UCR Investment Sales has sold three properties totaling 178,407 square feet with a combined value of $36,625,500. The properties are Cross Pointe Center, a 45,465-square-foot retail center at 1441 North Saginaw Blvd. in Saginaw; Shops at Abilene, a 62,511-square-foot shopping center in Abilene; and a transaction in Fort Worth for which details were not disclosed. Marketing the properties for separate ownerships were Adam Howells, Jace Hinderland and Jessica Donnelli.

CASUAL LIVING BUYS RETAIL SITE Casual Living Patio & Fireplace has acquired Cornerstone Plaza, a 12,135-square-foot retail center on 1.9 acres at 2801 E. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake, in an off-market transaction. Casual Living plans to take three months to renovate the space. It will occupy 8,000 square feet and lease the rest.

SALES RCC Medical District Facilities has sold 17,000 square feet at 1301 and 1319 Summit Ave. in Fort Worth. Grant Huff, Jack Huff and Kyle Poulson of Transwestern-Fort Worth represented the seller. Peyton Thomas Homes has purchased more than seven acres at Boulevard 26 and Parker Road in North Richland Hills from Realty Capital Management. Mark Boone of Realty Capital Management represented the seller. Lennar Corp. has purchased 13 acres at the corner of Texas 183 and 360 in the Bear Creek Riverwalk development in Euless. Andrew Prine of Stratford Group and Tim Coltart of Realty Capital Management brokered the deal. Plans call for breaking ground on 60 houses early next year. Pinnacle Bank has sold 15 acres at 12451 Willow Springs Road in Fort Worth. Matt Bilardi and Lester Day of Transwestern represented the seller.
