Fort Worth-based EECU has added a new location at 9009 North Tarrant Parkway in North Richland Hills. The 2,766-square-foot site formerly was an El Pollo Loco restaurant. JLL Senior Associate Austin Speni secured the sale on behalf of the credit union.

LEASES

GoFresh Inc. has leased 3,010 square feet at 2625 Manana Drive in Dallas. Fort Worth-based LanCarte Commercial’s president, Sarah LanCarte, facilitated the transactions.

GEO Dynamics Inc. has leased 76,625 square feet of industrial space at 7471 Benbrook Parkway in Benbrook. LanCarte Commecial’s president, Sarah LanCarte, facilitated the transactions.

ITW Food Equipment leased 183,832 square feet at Meachum Crossing in Fort Worth. Donnie Rohde and Matt Carthey of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Maplewood. Bob Scully with CBRE represented the tenant.

Worth Food Solutions leased 22,544 square feet at 629 Mony St. in Fort Worth. Donnie Rohde and George Jennings of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant. Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial represented the landlord, Vaquero Mony Street Partners LP.
