Wendy Davis’ former HQ gains three tenants

The Joeckel Law Firm, Brandera Inc. and Vivicare Inc. have leased space in the former campaign headquarters of Democratic gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis.

The tenants are planning June 1 move-ins to the restored office building at 219 S. Main St. The law firm and Brandera, an advertising agency, will share a 2,790-square-foot suite on the third floor, with Vivicare occupying a 2,790-square-foot office on the second floor.

Representing the tenants in arranging five-year leases were Casey Tounget and Theron Bryant of Coldwell Banker Commercial DFW. Blake Lloyd of CBRE handled talks for the landlord, 1915 S. Main St. LP.

The law firm and ad agency will relocate from 1117 W. Magnolia Ave. Vivicare, which provides pediatrics home health care, is moving from 255 N. Center St. in Arlington.

in Grand Prairie sold

Rose Garden apartments in Grand Prairie has been sold, with Intelligent Investments LLC snapping up the 57-unit property at 2718 Sherman St.

Representing NYE LLC, the seller, as adviser and agent were Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and John Marshall Doss of The Greysteel Co., a Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment services firm.

Built in 1968, Rose Garden has six floors and offers 33 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units in 43,670 square feet.

“Rose Garden attracted substantial interest from the investment community as it was a well-maintained physical asset with value-add potential,” Mueller said in a news release.

Digestive Disease Consultants

inks lease renewal in Dallas

Texas Digestive Disease Consultants has renewed and extended its lease while doubling the size of its headquarters in the Dallas medical district.

The longtime tenant at Elmbrook Medical Plaza has expanded its space to 16,576 square feet, of which 7,760 square feet is new. It also extended its lease to seven-plus years.

Negotiating the direct deal for the landlord, LoaLoa Partners LP, were Paul Richter and his wife, Leigh, both with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

United Refrigeration has leased 43,099 square feet at Franklin Distribution Center, building 2, 2322-2334 Franklin Drive in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. Bob Scully of CBRE-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

Remix Fitness has leased 1,615 square feet at 3526 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. C.B. Team of Ellis & Tinsley represented the landlord.

Polanco Restaurant has leased 2,018 square feet at Cross Creek Center, 2001 Southeast Green Oaks Blvd. in Arlington, according to Xceligent Inc. Eliud Sangabriel of Matthews Commercial represented the tenant. Chris Flesner and Sam Littlejohn of Retail Solutions-Dallas represented the landlord.

Covey’s Promotion Inc. has leased 6,850 square feet at DFW Airfreight Center, 1240 Texan Trail in Grapevine, according to Xceligent Inc. Sammy Abuhamra of Mercer Co. represented the tenant. Phillip Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Colliers International (USA)-Dallas represented the landlord.

Datawright Corp. has leased 3,585 square feet in the Liberty Bank building, 7001 Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills, according to Xceligent Inc. Jim Montgomery of Swearingen Realty Group-Dallas represented the tenant. Jeffrey Day and Zac Thomas of Centra Partners LLC-Fort Worth represented the landlord.

King of King’s Upholstery has leased 3,704 square feet of retail space in Pantego Auto Mall, 2101 W. Pioneer Parkway in Pantego from 2101 Pioneer Partners LP. Judy Nitzinger of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Lone Star Films Inc. has renewed its lease for 2,650 square feet of retail space at 410 Grapevine Highway in Hurst. Chris Mendez of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW represented the landlord, Vikade Inc., in the direct deal.

Next Step Relocation & Logistics Inc. has leased 12,600 square feet of warehouse space at 2015 McKenzie Dr. in Carrollton from FR Dallas Houston LLC. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Seth Koschak of Stream Realty Partners LP represented the landlord.

The Interior Galley has subleased 10,035 square feet of warehouse space in Twin Creeks Business Center, 1305 N. Watters Road in Allen from Yanyee International Inc. Michael T. Grant and Susan E. Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sub-lessor in the direct deal.

Belt Power LLC has leased 8,598 square feet of warehouse space in Woodlands Business Center, 2007 108th St. in Grand Prairie from Woodlands Business Center LLC. Michael W.
